Capstone Gives Back
Capstone agents understand the importance of giving back. Through that understanding and desire to help make the world a better place, Capstone formed a special fund “Capstone Gives Back.” Capstone Agents may donate a portion of their commission towards funding specific projects that help or raise money to help support local needs in the community or support organizations that help others. Capstone agents have already supported several charitable organizations and reached out to several families in the community that were in need.
Agents have supported the following organizations to date:
The Pajama Project - Warm pajamas and childrens books are collected and distributed to children in need. This national organization has distributed over 350,000 pajamas to children since the project was started in 2001.
The Breast Cancer Research Foundation - Time for Research is the Breast Cancer Research Foundation’s that funds the best and the most innovative breast cancer research projects in the world. Agents have the opportunity to donate a part of their commission to fund research in this valuable cause.
Connect to the Cure - Old cell phones are collected and given new life through a recycling program sponsored by the Susan G. Komen Connect to the Cure foundation. The phones are programmed to be able to phone 911 and then distributed to women in shelters for battered women.
Salvation Army – Coat and Blanket Drive are collected and delivered to the Salvation Army to help those in need during the winter months.
